OC – Chili Sea Salt is kusamba sea salt, traditionally produced by local farmers who produce high-quality salt with a savory taste. It is processed by evaporating it on volcanic sand spread out on the beach under the sun, then distilled to obtain pure salt water which is dried in containers made from coconut tree trunks and sun-dried to obtain pure salt crystals by farmers to be further dried and cleaned to produce high-quality non-iodized pure salt.

This Balinese Kusamba salt has an umami (savory) taste and contains nutrients and minerals that are good for the body. It is then mixed with chili powder that is processed hygienically and naturally. Chili Seasalt OC is perfect for adding flavor to curry sauces, marinating meat, chicken, and fish, soup seasonings, stir-fried vegetables, and other foods.
