An easy and practical way to make rawon.
1. Prepare 1/4 kg of beef, diced, and boil until tender, reserving about 700ml of the cooking liquid.
2. Add Kokita Rawon Seasoning, lemongrass, and kaffir lime leaves, and cook until tender.
3. Serve hot with bean sprouts, fried onions, and lime wedges to taste.
